  • How much does GWiz charge?
    GWiz's flat hourly rate is $80, charged in 30 minute increments. We work hard and fast, and enjoy a challenge! But in the rare instance we cannot fix the problem (we're yet to find a challenge that'll beat us!) we simply do not charge for our time.

  • How do I book a GWiz technician?
    You can submit a request via the Contact page and we'll assign a GWiz technician to your case. We'll respond to you within a few hours and hopefully resolve the issue or answer your query not long thereafter!

  • What Payment Methods does GWiz accept?
    GWiz accepts cash and direct deposit. We also accept PayPal, Mastercard & Visa credit cards, but please note that an additional 3% processing fee applies when paying with these methods.

  • Do I have to bring my computer to GWiz to fix?
    No, you don't have to - we can come to you! Don't forget also that we can remotely fix some issues. If the computer is connected to the internet, we can "dial in" and troubleshoot as you watch, which usually results in a faster (thus cheaper) resolution for you.

  • I have a mobile phone issue. Can GWiz assist?
    Yes! GWiz is frequently called upon to assist with Apple iPhone, Windows Mobile, and Android mobile setups. We can also help you synchronise your brand new phone with your computer.

    Yes! GWiz is an early adopter and fan of all Apple products. We are also have a certified Support Professional status from Apple, so we can definitely help you with any Mac related queries or issues you have.
